SHIPPING POLICY
PACKAGED AND SHIPPED FROM WINNIPEG, MB, Canada.
A tracking number will be provided via email once the item ships.
Delivery within Canada and the continental USA typically takes 1–2 weeks, while international shipping may take 1–3 weeks depending on the destination.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and additional fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS POLICY
If the item doesn’t meet expectations, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Only ITEMs in their original condition and packaging are eligible for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To request a return, contact bydaniellaf@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once the return is received and inspected, a notification will be sent regarding the status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
